GLOBAL EDUCATION AND TECHNOLOGY CENTRE PROJECT
Not Only for Our Own Projects, but for the Industries of Every Country in Which We Operate
1. Purpose and Global Scope of the Project
The power plants and high-capacity production facilities in which we invest form the foundation of a lasting development initiative in every geography where we operate. Accordingly, our Education and Technology Centre project has been conceived with a global vision that goes far beyond meeting the operational human-resource needs of our facilities.
The principal aim of our project is to train qualified human resources in all critical industrial branches that the countries in which we operate will need in the future, strengthen local specialist teams and bring host countries to a position of technological self-sufficiency.

The professional training fields to be provided within our centres include:
Industrial Mechanics and Maintenance
Industrial Welding and Manufacturing
Project Management and Engineering Applications
2. Multi-Dimensional Added Value and Benefits for Countries
A. Comprehensive, Not Limited, Industrial Contribution (Support for All Branches of Industry)
These facilities will not be limited to training the workforce of our own factories and power plants. Qualified personnel support will also be provided to all other sectors of strategic importance in the development journey of the countries in which we invest. The principal beneficiary sectors are:
Manufacturing Industry and Production Sector
Construction and Infrastructure Sector
Energy Sector (Renewable and Conventional Systems)
Industrial Maintenance and Automation
Logistics, Supply and Transport Infrastructure
B. Qualified Employment and Large-Scale Opportunities
The education centres we establish will create large-scale employment, both directly and indirectly, through the vocational competencies they provide to local young people. Individuals trained as technical personnel, operators, maintenance teams and engineers will add direct value to their country’s labour market.
C. Technology Transfer and Sustainability
The foundation of our global strategy is to reduce external dependence and transfer lasting knowledge (know-how) to the countries in which we operate. Within a short period, the operations of our facilities will be conducted entirely by local specialist engineers and technicians, thereby guaranteeing technological sustainability.
D. Export of Knowledge and Experience (Regional and Global Leadership)
The specialist engineers and technical teams trained through these centres will not remain solely in projects in their own countries; in the future, they will also assume critical roles in international projects undertaken by our company around the world. Thus, every country in which we operate will become a production base exporting technology and engineering services on a regional scale.

In conclusion;
At every step we take as a company, we aim to leave lasting works in every geography we enter. These educational-facility investments will not only open a strong gateway to employment for young people in host countries; they will strengthen national industrial infrastructure, increase local engineering capacity and present a shared development model on a global scale.
